Design & re-fit of an established retail butcher in the market town of Maldon, Essex.

We met Paul Raymond at the Farm Shop & Deli show in 2024, Paul wanted our help to breath new life into his shop.
Our brief was to maximise display space & create a modern aesthetic while respecting the traditions of a local family butcher.
Our works included -
- Site clearance, including decommission & removal of existing refrigeration systems.
- Prime & latex floor & install commercial LVT flooring to retail area, & Altro safety vinyl behind the counters & into the preparation areas.
- Rear preparation & storage counters will solid oak worktop.
- Installation of 2x remote refrigeration systems to feed the new square glass serveover run with a radius corner.
- Install decorative cladding to all all refrigeration cabinets & newly installed window display.
- Install new 'industrial pipe' style display shelving.
- Install new track lighting system to house 4000k spotlights for primary illumination, 3000k pendant lighting over the counters & 4000k baton lighting over the preparation counters.
